1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph267 ("ph267," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph267 website located at ph267.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph267 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph267 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph267 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible ph267 players only. ph267 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

ph267 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph267 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ph267 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph267 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph267 Platform without the prior written consent of ph267.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph267 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ph267 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph267 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In no event shall ph267's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph267 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ph267's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
